Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work for a reputable estate agency with a proven track record of success? We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Fox & Sons Estate Agents.

About the Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. You will deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads
  • Deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products
  • Work with and provide feedback to the residential team on progress to leads provided
Requirements
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives)
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Numerate and detail-conscious
