About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve branch and individual sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery of parts and products to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through internal literature and training programs.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you'll have:
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A customer-focused approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet sales targets.
- A willingness to learn and develop, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional growth.
