About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services, and achieve sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve branch and individual sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in achieving their goals.
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments through training and self-study.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you'll have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
