About the Role
At GSF Car Parts, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell automotive parts and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the branch.
- Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery of parts and services to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments through training and self-study.
- Use our E-learning portal to enhance performance and stay ahead of the competition.
About You
We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for sales and customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you'll have:
- Experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A customer-focused approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets.
- A willingness to learn and develop, with a commitment to ongoing training and self-improvement.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
