About the Role

At Taylor Hawkes Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering the digital marketing output and communications for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish content across all our website, social media channels, and print publications in line with our overarching social media strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and develop social channels within our group, ensuring a consistent style and tone of voice across all owned content produced by our organization.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop Group brand awareness campaigns to promote our services and products.
  • Email Marketing: Help to develop email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular, accurate reports and analysis, including return on investment and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Media Opportunities: Research new media opportunities that may benefit our business, including web, social media, development of blogs and forums.
  • Social Media Community Management: Proactive social media community management, engaging with users on all platforms.
  • Paid Media: Assist with paid media (online and offline), including liaising with digital advertising agencies.
  • Content Marketing: Aid in the development and integration of content marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in the management of social media channels.
  • Understanding of Social Media: Understanding of key social media channels and creative best practices.
  • Social Media Trends: Ability to recognize and capitalize on social media trends.
  • Social Metrics: Clear understanding of social metrics and reporting.
  • Social Reporting Tools: Experience of using social reporting and social listening tools.
  • Paid Social Media: Knowledge and experience of both organic and paid social media, with an understanding of the different approaches to both.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Good experience working with Adobe creative suite.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creativity to bring our exciting portfolio of activity to life and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Written English: Excellent written English skills.
