About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Clear Edge International Search & Selection Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing brand initiatives that drive sales and profit growth for our select portfolio of key products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with brand owners to create and agree on brand strategy, key objectives, and brand activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategy is effectively communicated and executed across sales, operations, and trade customers.
  • Financial Management: Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring all brand activities are aligned with financial objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Change Management: Drive change and foster an entrepreneurial environment that supports growth and innovation.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on brand performance, including sales and profit growth, to the Commercial Director and the Board.
