PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To cultivate robust connections with both associates and clients, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for all recruitment needs. To oversee a diverse talent portfolio; attract, enhance skills, retain, and foster long-term relationships, ensuring a continuous supply of job-ready qualified candidates for our clients.

Flexibility in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or transportation is essential, with a primary focus on temporary placements.

IMPORTANT: - *Possession of a vehicle is essential for client interactions.*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive growth and ensure the establishment of strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Leveraging social media for market research, identifying and engaging with clients, promoting job openings, attracting candidates, and fostering client relationships.
  • Utilizing talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
  • Reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for client consideration.
  • Assessing candidate qualifications and verifying their suitability before presenting them to clients.
  • Conducting market analysis, visiting clients, and maximizing networking and sales opportunities.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews and providing constructive feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong sense of accountability for managing and developing the talent pool while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional listening and consulting skills to understand client requirements.
  • Clear and confident communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in business development, whether through warm or cold leads.
  • Financially motivated with a desire to achieve substantial commissions.
