Founded in 1999, Faststream Recruitment Group has grown to over 100 employees and is recognized as the Global People Specialist in Shipping, Maritime, and Energy Recruitment. With offices in key maritime hubs, we provide exceptional recruitment services and solutions to our clients and candidates across various regions.

As a result of substantial market growth and ongoing success, this position presents a unique chance to lead our Offshore 'Crewing' recruitment division. You will collaborate with owners and operators of offshore vessels, assisting our clients in sourcing seafarers and filling offshore crewing roles for deep-sea operations. Positions you may recruit for include Master, 2nd Officer DPO, Instrument Technician, Chief Engineer, Crane Operator, and Able Seaman.

You will deliver both contract and permanent recruitment services across Europe, leveraging our established brand and success to forge new client and candidate relationships.
