Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Initially office-based during training, transitioning to a hybrid work model.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To cultivate robust relationships with partners and clients, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for all recruitment requests. To manage a diverse talent portfolio; attract, develop, retain, and establish long-term connections, ensuring a continuous supply of job-ready qualified candidates for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fostering relationships with both existing and prospective clients while expanding the recruitment desk.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to accurately document and manage information.
  • Engaging with clients to secure new business and address their recruitment requirements.
  • Leveraging talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
  • Reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for clients.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure their suitability before presenting them to clients.
  • Conducting market analysis, visiting clients, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Preparing candidate CVs and communications for clients regarding suitable applicants.
  • Coordinating interviews and providing constructive feedback.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Strong sense of accountability for managing and enhancing the talent pool while maximizing sales.
  • Exceptional listening and consulting skills to understand client needs.
  • Clear and confident communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in securing business from both warm and cold leads.
  • Financially motivated with a desire to achieve significant commission.
