Reservations Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing our busy reservations office and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with potential and repeat guests to ensure their needs are met
  • Utilize our online booking systems to efficiently manage reservations and provide seamless service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
  • Contribute to sales targets by promoting our facilities and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, is calm under pressure, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
