Reservations Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for managing our busy reservations office and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with guests via phone and online booking systems to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Manage reservations, including making and assisting with bookings, and contributing to sales targets.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our facilities to showcase the best of Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa to our guests.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be calm under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in a variety of IT systems. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
