Job Title: Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Search. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team in providing high-quality care to residents, including training and development.
  • Create and monitor care plans to ensure individualized care.
  • Support the Home Manager with daily operations, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SSSC standards and company procedures.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.
  • SVQ4 in Leadership and Management is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge of care home operations and standards.
