As an Advanced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting two individuals with learning disabilities. You'll assist them with daily living activities, encourage their independence, and promote their well-being.
This opportunity allows you to make a genuine impact on the lives of others while developing your skills and expertise.
What We Look For- Level 3 Qualification: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience: Demonstrate robust experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, sensory communication needs, and physical health challenges.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering independence.
- Mentorship: Be willing to mentor and share your expertise with colleagues.
- Specialized Training: Receive specialized training in Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System.
