Job Opportunity: Senior Associate Solicitor for Professional Negligence

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Professional Negligence Team. As a Senior Associate, you will work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied caseload of professional negligence claims, including cases against solicitors, insurance brokers, and financial advisers.
  • Advise on policy coverage, regulatory issues, and Ombudsmen complaints.
  • Work closely with Partners on high-value claims, with opportunities to manage your own case load.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of our Professional Negligence Team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in handling professional negligence claims.
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload.
  • Strong legal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts.
