About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Manager to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our procurement strategy, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Procurement in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead on formal tendering and purchasing for Estates and Facilities Management, including capital works projects and expanding our Preferred Supplier List.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with business operations.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement processes, including ITTs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management, with a strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior managers and external contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with e-Tendering platforms.
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification or equivalent.
