We are seeking a skilled Senior Barista to join our team at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty drinks and coffee.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including fixtures and fittings.
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Assist guests during their stay and handle guest complaints.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling.
- Provide information about the hotel, available services, and facilities.
