Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of specialty coffee and its preparation methods
- Collaborate with the Coffee Shop Manager to drive operational and financial performance
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior barista or management role
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and its preparation methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
