Senior Barista Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for leading our coffee bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of coffee quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the coffee bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of coffee quality.
- Develop and implement coffee training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Coffee Shop Manager to drive operational and financial performance.
- Maintain day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring coffee and food quality, customer experience, health & safety, and food hygiene & allergen practices are upheld.
- Support the Coffee Shop Manager in driving operational and financial performance.
- Strong experience in specialty coffee, with a passion for delivering high-quality brews and exceptional coffee knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop the team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and willingness to engage in all tasks.
