Senior Barista Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barista/Supervisor to join our team at Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops. As a Senior Barista/Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our coffee team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the coffee team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement coffee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Assist the Coffee Shop Manager in driving operational and financial performance.
- Support the development of new menu items and promotions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and coffee-making techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
