About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Redemption Roasters Coffee Shops. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for leading our coffee shop team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the coffee shop team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and overall shop performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Coffee Shop Manager to achieve business objectives and implement new initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Barista or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team, with a focus on customer service and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
