Position Overview

Compensation: OTE 14.17 per hour, including tronc.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Assistant Reception Manager to aid our Reception Manager in leading a team of welcoming Receptionists. The front desk serves as the central point of interaction for our hotel and restaurant guests, making first impressions crucial.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Reception Manager, you will:

  • Support the Reception Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
  • Set a positive example for the reception team, ensuring all tasks are performed to a high standard.
  • Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests, aiming to make their experience memorable.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A passion for guest satisfaction and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous, though knowledge of Opera Fidelio is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
