About the Role

This position involves providing overnight support in a designated area. You will be instrumental in delivering personalized assistance to individuals with intricate needs and developmental challenges. As part of a committed overnight support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular safety checks to ensure the well-being and comfort of those we assist.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assisting with evening and morning routines.
  • Documenting relevant information using digital systems, including updates to support plans and incident reports.
  • Creating a soothing and therapeutic atmosphere for individuals in our care.
  • Supporting daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Shifts will typically run from late evening to early morning, with a rotating schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Comprehensive training and orientation will be provided prior to commencement, along with opportunities for job shadowing. You will become part of a well-established, friendly team.
