We are currently looking for a Full-Time Care Support Specialist (37.5 hours) to assist a group of gentlemen residing in a shared accommodation. A full UK driving license is preferred.

The individuals we support have encountered various challenges due to learning and physical disabilities, yet they continue to embrace life. They enjoy a variety of activities, such as walks, socializing, music, aromatherapy, and maintaining family connections. They also have access to a spacious garden for summer gatherings and are open to new experiences, making it essential to have creative and adventurous team members.

Our diverse support team collaborates effectively to ensure the happiness and safety of those we assist in their homes. The role can be physically demanding, and there is an expectation to administer medication, with comprehensive training provided. This service is medically intricate, requiring effective communication with healthcare professionals.

Our team operates 24/7, so flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and potential overnight shifts, is necessary. Typical hours include two 14-hour shifts and one 9-hour shift weekly, on a rotating schedule.
