Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Administrator and Developer to join their team in Lincoln. This role offers an attractive salary and the potential to work remotely.

We are looking for an expert in SharePoint architecture, M365, and Power Platforms who can administer, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint administration, including permissions and user access, as well as M365 / SharePoint End-user support and training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and other components to meet business requirements. They will also be involved in migration to M365 / SharePoint Online from on-premise and prior versions, and have experience with integrations, migrations, and information security.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Administering and developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and other components.
  2. Migrating to M365 / SharePoint Online from on-premise and prior versions.
  3. Configuring and maintaining Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  4. Developing comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems.
  5. Providing strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft certifications is a plus.
