About the Role:

Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners and ensuring the highest standards of garden maintenance are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of gardeners to maintain commercial and domestic properties
  • Develop and implement garden maintenance plans to ensure high standards are met
