About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of garden maintenance professionals and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of garden maintenance professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure our clients' gardens are well-maintained
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a team leader role
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and garden maintenance practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
