Talent Finder is seeking an experienced team leader to join our highly respected firm, JC Landscapes Ltd. As a long-established landscape company, we cater to a variety of commercial and domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of garden maintenance professionals to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a team leader in garden maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £38,000 - £40,000 (plus overtime) depending on experience.
