Garden Maintenance Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at JC Landscapes Ltd, a reputable landscape company based in Orpington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality garden maintenance services to our commercial and domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of gardeners to maintain gardens to a high standard
  • Develop and implement garden maintenance plans to meet client requirements
  • Monitor and control team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in garden maintenance or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £38,000 - £40,000 (plus overtime) depending on experience
