About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing and tenancy services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality housing and tenancy service, working mainly in a designated neighbourhood, to help create a sustainable and thriving community.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to achieve strong community and neighbourhood regeneration.
  • Provide responsive and proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management services, including anti-social behaviour, arrears recovery, and allocations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of neighbourhood services, with a solution-focused approach to overcome challenges and improve customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of working in the housing sector or a similar role, delivering services to customers and providing high-quality, responsive, and proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management services.
  • Understanding of property condition issues and a commitment to maintaining the condition and appearance of properties, estates, and neighbourhoods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build successful working relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Able to work safely and effectively in field-based settings, delivering high-quality services and raising concerns through policies and procedures.
