Job Title: Adult Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Manor Hall. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care, promoting independence and dignity, and enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the nursing team
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care, continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing the service to enhance their quality of life
  • Work alongside staff to support, feedback, and develop their clinical skills and experience
  • Champion independence and personal choice, developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet residents' changing physical, social, and psychological needs
  • Build the positive reputation of the home, liaising professionally with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, proactively managing risks and identifying, investigating, and resolving issues
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to residents
  • Conduct care audits, monitoring standards of care and taking corrective action where necessary
  • Promote high standards of nursing care, actively seeking ways to improve levels of service
  • Take an active role in training for the team of nurses, working in conjunction with the training resources of the company to ensure that nursing staff are kept up to date with current practices and research-led developments
  • Take a leadership role for your team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the business
  • Take an active role in the development of yourself and others, ensuring that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business

Requirements:

  • RGN with a current NMC PIN registration
  • Interest in Nursing and Dementia Care
  • Necessary clinical skills for advanced complex care
  • Flexibility and adaptability, well-organised, and able to manage time and workload effectively in line with the needs of the service
  • Desire to expand professional development and support organisational change
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Working Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 12 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, day shifts, Monday to Friday, weekend availability
