Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Manor Hall Nursing Home. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of nurses, delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe and efficient running of the care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents.
  2. Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements:

Registered General or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification is essential. You will also need a valid NMC Pin number and knowledge of National Standards. A background in person-centred care planning within a care home is desirable.
