About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Manor Hall Nursing Home. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards and legislation
  • Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect
Requirements
  • Registered General or Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Valid NMC Pin number
  • Knowledge of National Standards and commitment to NMC codes of practice
  • Background in person-centered care planning within a care home
