About the Role

The American Bar at The Savoy is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Server to join our team. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and flair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of cocktails, wines, and hospitality practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and open table is desirable.
