Job Description

Job Title: Care Manager

Job Summary:

Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager to lead our team at Peel Gardens Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Current driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
