Learning and Development Specialist

Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering engaging and motivational inductions and training that inspires new colleagues to achieve. You will utilize a variety of instructional techniques to ensure a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging and motivational inductions and training that inspires new colleagues to achieve
* Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to ensure a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
* Evaluate the effectiveness of current inductions and training sessions suggesting any improvements
* Research and write engaging training content for both a virtual and classroom delivery
* Coach and develop colleagues during 1-2-1 support sessions
* Effectively communicate and positively promote organizational changes
* Demonstrate a high level of competency with department and company technology
* Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development
* Liaise and build relationships with all areas of the business that impact our new colleagues
* Exceptional Time Management, Organizational skills, and Attention to Detail
* Display a motivated 'can do' attitude, and strive for excellence
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications & Experience desirable but not essential:
* Previous training experience of classroom/remote delivery
* Previous experience of working in the travel industry
* Experience of coaching
* Experience of GDS
* Level 3 + qualification in Education and Training
* Experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds
