Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, working closely with various departments to develop and implement robust control processes.
  • Risk Management Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies and action plans to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Monitor and report on key risk indicators and emerging risks, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Some experience in financial risk management, internal controls, audit, or a related area.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of risk management principles, internal control frameworks, accounting and auditing standards, and financial software and ERP systems.
  • Skills: Skilled user of core Microsoft packages, with experience and understanding of information flows, data structures, and business intelligence principles.
