Role Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of CFO Support Worker. This role is crucial in managing a caseload of participants both in correctional facilities and within the community. You will provide essential support and guidance, assisting participants in overcoming obstacles to successful reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to participants, helping them achieve their personal milestones and develop essential skills.
  • Facilitate access to sustainable employment opportunities, ensuring participants are well-prepared for life after custody.
  • Work collaboratively across various locations, including custodial environments.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational techniques to engage with diverse participants.
  • A commitment to the rehabilitation of individuals in custody and the capability to work independently in community settings.
  • An understanding of safeguarding principles for young people and vulnerable adults.
  • The ability to successfully complete enhanced vetting checks.
