Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor

Job Summary:
The Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to apprentices, ensuring they achieve their full potential and meet the requirements of the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships: Provide expert tuition and guidance to apprentices, ensuring they meet the requirements of the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard.
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to apprentices, helping them to identify areas for improvement and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in meeting the needs of apprentices and employers.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring that teaching and learning practices meet the highest standards and are aligned with the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship program.
- Qualifications: Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent, Qualified Teacher Status, and TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least five years' experience of working in an education, as a tutor, training, and development environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
- Skills: Excellent teaching and learning skills, ability to assess and provide constructive feedback, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
