Your primary responsibility will be to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential, while ensuring they receive the best possible skills training and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver apprenticeship programs up to level 5 (if applicable)
* Assess learner's performance in the workplace
* Deliver training on 1:1 or group basis - face to face or online
* Prepare and produce scheme of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team
* Deliver Functional Skills qualifications as part of an apprenticeship
* Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of the business

**Requirements:**

* Subject specific industry qualifications at level 3 or above (essential)
* Teaching, learning and assessment qualification e.g. Assessor awards certificate in education (desirable)
* Three years industry experience as a school business manager or similar role in a school and/or academy
* ~5 years' experience of working in an education training and development environment
* ~ initial assessment, IAG, diagnostic, teaching-learning-assessment, including classroom and 1:1 delivery
* ~ Knowledge of funding streams and funding requirements for the delivery of apprenticeships and skills programs
* Proven knowledge of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices to engage learners
