About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on excellent customer service and staff engagement
  • Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
