We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Consultant - Renewals & Retention. In this role, you'll be responsible for proactively contacting our customers across both portal and software divisions, delivering value-based solutions to secure our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across our portfolio of products, including property marketing, CRM software, website products, and marketing reach products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage customer records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and high-quality information.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries, owning the enquiry to completion and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at external events, conferences, and presentations, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Participate in special projects, driving innovation and improvement across our business.
