Account Consultancy Executive

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Consultancy Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer transactions accurately and manage sales orders using our MIS system.
  2. Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products and solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of print and bespoke products.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of print production processes
