We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and providing educational support to children in Year 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support to children in Year 2, including assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Support children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and EAL.
- Engage and motivate children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Display good behaviour management skills and maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly in a primary school setting.
- Confidence and proactivity in a fast-paced classroom environment.
- Ability to work closely with the class teacher and other support staff.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and EAL.
- Good behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
