Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with ASC, working closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans. You will also contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive classroom environment, promoting social skills, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with ASC, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs
  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience
  • Support students with KS1 and KS2 curriculum, promoting academic progress and confidence
  • Participate in after-school clubs, music, or cooking activities, fostering a love of learning and social interaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
