About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in South London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and pupils in a whole-class setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with their learning and development
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Managing behavioural challenges and promoting positive behaviour

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a positive attitude towards learning. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive daily rate of £85.00 - £105.00 (dependent on experience level) and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team. You will also receive free child protection and prevent duty training, as well as full assistance with your DBS check.
