In the role of Teenie Moon Room Supervisor, you will be instrumental in fostering a secure, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily functions of the Teenie Moon room, designing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, mentoring and guiding room staff, and ensuring effective communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Teenie Moon room, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the children.
  • Design and implement a curriculum that promotes children's growth and development.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment within the room.
  • Guide and mentor room staff, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Establish strong relationships with families, offering regular updates on their child's development.
  • Ensure adherence to all nursery policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-2 years.
