Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our stores are always well-stocked, visually appealing, and provide an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
