Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional property management services to a designated group of clients, encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts.
  • Deal with enquiries and ensure they are handled efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
  • Follow established procedures and process maps to ensure key time scales are met.
  • Investigate and resolve queries and problems, advising and recommending courses of action on property issues.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with key clients, treating them as individuals.
  • Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed and up-to-date with progress, particularly in relation to client issues and complaints.
  • Manage expectations and follow up on all queries.
  • Promote additional services and meet third-party referral targets.
  • Develop and apply an understanding of legal requirements.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
  • Previous estate agency and customer services experience.
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for business use.
