Your Role
Your primary goal will be to serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for our customers, providing them with the information they need to succeed. You'll have the opportunity to convert generated leads into new customers and business from existing customers. You'll also be responsible for reviewing contract and cost of sales inquiries, preparing and issuing documents, and working with our Business Development Director to prepare online marketing campaigns.
Requirements
One year of relevant experience in customer account management
Confident, strong organizational, and proactive skills
Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
Computer literacy (proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage preferred)
Team player and great verbal and written communication skills
