We are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant SEND Allocations Officer in Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole, with a competitive hourly rate of £21.30.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing half-termly reports on provisions with funding due to end, working alongside SEND Case Officers to ensure that funding for any provisions that need to continue is approved prior to the provider continuing. They will also produce termly reports on school placements with funding due to end, and work with Case Officers to ensure that funding for any schools that need to continue is approved.

The role also involves supporting the Access to Resources Team with queries, potentially meeting with ART colleagues once a week to discuss queries and track patterns to understand issues and create potential proactive solutions. The successful candidate will also meet with schools that have a high number of queries to resolve as a bulk, rather than individually.
